While apartments in Takshila are available within a price range of Rs 2300-2600 per sq ft, Shree Nannd City offers apartments in the range of Rs 2400-3000 per sq ft. Mani Nagar also offers many recreational options to its residents. For instance there is a zoo named Kamla Nehru Zoo and children's playground called Balvatika.
